The second paragraph of 4.2.2 says:

"A complete ECMAScript program may be composed for both strict mode and non-strict mode ECMAScript code units."

Shouldn't that say "... may be composed of both ..."?

The second paragraph of 4.2.2 says:

"A complete ECMAScript program may be composed for both strict mode and
non-strict mode ECMAScript code units."

Shouldn't that say "... may be composed of both ..."?
