Where is everybody?

We're starting the TC39 meeting. Most of the representatives are still MIA.

Ah, where is the new location?  Also I have some feedback on the i18n stuff which i don't understand (not being an i18n person, but it's from people who do) is there a separate list for that?

We use es-discuss@, with "globalization" or "internationalization" as part of the subject line to help us pick out internationalization-related messages from the daily flood.
